I like to think that my approach to your mortgage needs is a win-win for you and I.  My goal is to provide premier mortgage services at near cost.  I close over 10 loans each month, which allows me to lower your rate and fees.    I hope to be your mortgage company for life.  I am looking for a long term relationship, not just this deal.  

United Mortgage Lenders is a premier mortgage lender.  We are a direct lender with a complete array of mortgage products:  conforming, jumbo, FHA, VA and commercial.  We serve the borrower with 800 credit to the sub-600 borrower with limited options.  Our customers are internet saavy and know where to get the best rate, and are now looking for a lender they can trust.  My Zillow rating is one of the best ways to check me out.  Most are my former customers and some are just people I have given honest advice and options to.

The biggest part of being a mortgage broker is KNOWLEDGE.  Knowledge I am accumlated during my 10 years in this business.  My staff allows me to spend part of my day keeping up with the rapidly changing mortgage industry.  Knowledge ensures you are starting a process with us that is built on accurate and up-to-date mortgage guidelines that will result in a smooth and quick closing.  Can you really cash out to an LTV of 88%?

We are a leader in internet mortgage transactions.  We use secure servers managed by our dedicated IT professionals.  We have a staff in our corporate office and in the field that will manage every aspect of your loan from ordering title and appraisal, to ordering payoffs, to interfacing with insurance companies and homeowner associations.
