| Step Four: Closing on Your New Home |
As your loan is being cleared to close by the underwriter, the escrow/title company is checking for a clean chain of ownership. An appraisal is ordered to determine the fair market value of the property. In the end, a settlement statement is developed by the title company to determine what your closing costs are. We ensure what is quoted on the good faith estimate is also what is showing on your settlement statement. No bait and switch.
